After spending over $300 in total there that day, there was a miscommunication with a brand new cashier, I asked for help from the manager, she came in blazing saying my mother and I, patrons of 40 years, back when the store was actually on Pearl Street in Boulder, was at fault when a young woman, a new cashier was rude and disrespectful after I requested a couple of times that she slow down and communicate clearly the transactions, especially with my 79 year old mother who was very uneasy. It is too bad these days when a customer who is spending money at a store, that there's really no more true customer serves, not at Nomad's, not today. I truly appreciate the young man that did understand the situation and was compassionate and helpful, thank you. I will not be returning to Nomad's ever again, they have lost the good vibes there and the elderly "owner" woman, I hope seeks some truth, blessings, peace out.
