点评：We had a terrible experience at The Hunting Lodge last week. Although we used to enjoy visiting, their hospitality has deteriorated significantly, and the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional.
During our visit to the bar, we struggled to find a table despite many being unoccupied. Unfortunately, no staff members offered to assist us. Once we finally settled, we ordered beer, wine, and snacks. While we were halfway through enjoying our drinks and food, a senior waitress unexpectedly cleared our table without asking if we were finished. This left us confused and frustrated.
We were deeply disappointed by this lack of hospitality. While we still love their wine and think it’s exceptional, we will only purchase it from the supermarket going forward, as we have no intention of returning to their establishment.
