点评：A terrible experience. The 'Captain' lady was incredibly rude. On the way to Nimborio there were people sitting on the floor at the front of the boat. At Nimborio the same lady was working in the cafe - she was rude and unhelpful ( I witnessed another customer who was frustrated with her unwillingness to take orders - she would not take my parties order until I intervened. Then, we wanted to get the 5pm boat back - my son asked her at 4.40 if the boat would leave onrime - she said it might leave 10 minutes early so he went and packed his things. we got on the boat with several others then I became aware that she was telling him he could not get on as it was full. The front of the boat which had many sitting on it on the way in, was completley empty. I advised her that it was empty at the front - she said no one was allowed to sit there. I reminded her that it was full on the way there and she still did not let him on. As his father was on the beach I went back to the port. Upon arriving I showed her the picture of the empty front and asked why she had not let him on. She began screaming at me to get off her boat - sadly so did her assistant from the port who had no idea what had actually happened. The whole incident was shocking, rude, unfair and simply horrific service. If no one was allowd to sit in the front then why had people been allowed to sit there on the way out? An apology from her would have gone some way but her absolute loss of control and extreem rudeness was baffling and upsetting. My son had been the first one to check on the timings and she did not let him on when there was space. Horrific. We have been to this island many times and most people are lovely.
