点评：We had an incredible day out seeing all of the local spots with our tour guides Ocean and another lovely Vietnamese man (sorry I have forgotten his name). From getting a behind the scenes look at how silk is produced from worm to fabric, to trying crickets at a local farm, to trying weasel poop coffee after seeing how the coffee is grown and produced we had an amazing and informative time stopping off at so many locations and seeing so much. Both guides spoke very proficient English and explained everything in great depth, including details about the agricultural processes and local stories from Da Lat! The only downside was the food as the local spot we went to gave us extremely chewy and poor quality chicken but this was out of the control of Mr Peace and his guides. Ocean helped me to order something else as he could see that I was unhappy. Would definitely recommend for those seeking a more authentic, off the beaten track day out which was really eye opening to how the food we were eating is actually produced! Thank you again!
