Very fun and exciting experience got flat at the end

点评：The experience was super fun and exciting. Staff stayed in their role the whole time which made the experience very immersive. Few minus points though. There wasn't any music or atmospheric sounds at all in the room. We could hear voices from downstairs and outside the room. Close to the end of the game other players came in to the lobby and our guide was with them so we spent 15 minutes doing nothing because we couldn't proceed before the staff looked at the cameras and opened the next clue. Also, lack of the background music made it very hard to understand the very last clue. These things made the end of the game flop for us. Also the lobby was a little bit too messy and dirty looking. In a way it looked realistic to the theme but I'd wish a little bit less realism in this matter. I heard other people have taken photos in the room at the end of the game but we didn't receive this option. Otherwise I would recommend this experience but with music or background noices. Idea for future games, perhaps being less dependent on the staff and their cameras.
