Poor experience, overcharged door that didn’t work and no trail maps or guidance

点评：Very disappointed in this experience. Called the night before asking about a half day rental was told that we could do it. When we showed up around lunchtime for our 1 to 4 rental, they told us that we could only have a full day and since that’s what we were doing with visitors, we had to pay for a full day rental, even though we only went for half a day. There was no map he didn’t really tell us where to go and to get where there are some trails. We had to spend 30 minutes driving down a road. Trails were very limited and there’s times we had to get out to open up gates that we found only because we saw a few other people going through. There were tons of UTVs in the parking lot so it’s not like we were taking a UTV away from other people who are renting. We got back around 330 and the doors were already shut, and no one was there to talk to . also no helmets we had gone to a different UTV place last year and they were all about safety. One of the doors on the vehicle didn’t work once you opened it you couldn’t get it shut again so we probably wasted 15 to 20 minutes trying to trick the latch into locking once we were out on the trail. Otherwise we would’ve been an hour away with a door that would not stay shut , there was no refunds no I’m sorry it was just this is what you get and again no one was at the office when we got back even though it was during their operational hours. Very disappointed customer.
