It Looks Like This Place Has Seen Much Better Days. Not Fully Used.

点评：You can spend the night moored on a boat or stay at their hotel. From here you can take a bus/water-shuttle/ferry to cross over to visit Trieste across the gulf. Eat, walk, or meander this clean seaside promenade.
They are trying hard to be a small oasis away from traffic but not completely succeeding. Seems like many spaces are closed or unused. Not sure how well the place is doing overall. One upside is that it is cheaper here than in Trieste, yet you can still easily visit Trieste from here.
Part of a network of 21 marinas – can accommodate very large vessels (up to 60 meters), with 546 berths. Travel lift, helipad, conference room, swimming pool, gym, Yacht Club, chandlery, ice cream parlor, etc.
I stayed at the hotel but didn’t spend much time at the port/marina as there wasn’t much going on there. Boat watching is always interesting though.
The place has potential. Very sad to see it so inactive and uninspiring.
