Highball Climbing Centre的点评
点评：I booked a private taster session for three people (same price for four) for £45.
We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us fit the climbing shoes provided.
Bella our instructor invited us to warm up on the low traverse wall up stairs before for fitting us with harnesses.
In the hour we tried auto belay, rope climbing and bouldering. We felt safe and well informed all the time. Bella made us feel relaxed and confident. Two of us were total beginners and we were all reaching the top within minutes.
There are plenty of harder routes for the more adept and plenty of easier ones for beginners.
It's great that more and less experienced can climb side by side with the appropriate level of challenge by selecting different colour routes.
The centre is large with a welcoming atmosphere and a cafe for refreshments.
There are changing rooms and a water fountain for water bottle refills.
Norfolk has a lot to offer but I definitely think Highball is worth making time for.
