点评：Worst management and customer service! My son lost a cartouche that my mom had gotten him with his name on it ( basically an irreplaceable necklace charm.) They refused to help him look for it, which is ok because it's not their responsibility, however, they tried to kick me out for looking for it because I hadn't paid to be a jumper! They REFUSED to make an announcement that it was lost and I would pay anyone who turned it in, $50. Imani literally followed me around telling me I needed to "obey him" and leave. Glow jump had started, which it says on the membership flyer, is included, unlimited. However we were told even though flyers had not been changed, that policy had and now it's only 20% off. So the lights were out. There were all of 15 people there, some of which were also getting yelled at for helping us look, even though they had paid. One understanding staff member tried to let my son underneath the tramps to look quick, but got in trouble for it and my son was told we could look anywhere we wanted, just not on or under the trampolines! I was told I MIGHT be able to look the next day before they opened, even after I explained that we live 2 hours away. Ridiculous! WORST UPPER MNGMNT EVER!!
