Cotter's Sled Dog Tours的点评
点评：I give Top Honors to Cotter’s Sled Dog Rides and Tours.
Renowned dog sledder Bill Cotter and his beautiful family, Marlin (his wife) and Marwin (his son) run quite an outfit and they definitely have dog sledding in their DNA. Bill has quite the storied history of being in the top and winning.
We also met the 32 dogs on their property and we were able to see how they are cared for which was most enjoyable.
We booked the espresso tour, which was an enjoyable half-an-hour dog sledding experience. There were nine dogs on our sled ride. The commands given to the dog team and the responsiveness of the dogs was impressive. We especially liked the scenic back trails and all the picture perfect scenery. It was just lovely.
Bill’s family was a integral part of the dog mushing adventure which made the whole experience feel complete. A wonderful family that really has it together. We really enjoyed their company.
They also did everything to make us as comfortable as possible, including giving us extra layers of clothing to keep us warm.
The drive in the rented Toyota 4Runner (4WD), on the George Parks Highway, to and from Bill Cotter’s mushing yard was a breeze.
It was an experience that we will remember always.
