Dangerous!! Possible heat exhaustion!!

点评：We visited Lotte Water Park on July 4th and were extremely disappointed. The indoor areas, including the bathrooms, had no ventilation or air conditioning. My 6-year-old daughter nearly passed out from the heat after using the restroom. I had to rush her outside to cool down under sprinklers—it was terrifying.
Many rides, slides, and restaurants were closed. The food stands were mediocre, and the indoor dining areas were unbearably hot and humid. No staff offered help during our emergency, and there was no sign of medical support. For a company as large as Lotte, this is unacceptable and dangerous.
We paid 120,000 won for a day filled with anxiety and fear. After speaking to coworkers, we found others had similar experiences in June. It’s clear this is a recurring issue. We’ll never return—and I strongly urge others to avoid this park. Try Caribbean Bay instead, where guest safety actually matters.
