点评：I’ve visited the spa several times and seen Brandon and had a good experience. This appointment, I saw Rebecca.
I am deeply disturbed by my recent visit to this spa. During what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment, the therapist made an unsolicited and completely inappropriate claim that my father’s cancer had returned and that he had six months to live. This was not only medically unfounded, but also deeply traumatic and unprofessional.
Spa services are meant to provide peace and healing—not fear and emotional distress. Diagnosing or making predictions about someone’s health, especially in such a serious and personal way, is entirely out of bounds and unethical for any spa professional. I left shaken and upset, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a safe and respectful environment.
