点评：Turoa business operations are terrible!!!! unorganised, over priced, lack of communication. Road opened at 9am so the traffic was long going up. After waiting in line for over an hour to purchase a day pass for $159 because the online website was not working to purchase a ticket online ( terrible reception up there also) then going over to stand in the line for another hour to get snowboard hire to then be told you have to purchase an additional hire for the snow board so then went back and stood in line at the service desk for another 45minutes to purchase an additional hire which cost an extra $60 then told to go wait back in the snowboard line again for another hour, get to the end to then be told they have no more bindings and snowboards that will fit my boot size 😡 so there was 3 hours of wasted time already. Asked to get a refund on all my purchases then told to go back and wait again at the service line to get the refund. Then I couldn’t go an even stand there and watch my partner snowboard cause the card wouldn’t let me so had to go back and purchase an additional $25 as an accompanying adult ticket just to go in and watch him snowboard 🙄. Bloody terrible. Was a massive circus, very unorganised circus if you ask me. A lot of disgruntled people. $159 for a day pass when u only get 4 hours of snow time up the mountain after all the long lines and wait times before they close it at 4pm. The business guys that bought this place can do better. Won’t be going back up there again. Just a circus.
