Not really a Spa

点评：We came for a Spa afternoon as a group of friends. On arrival we were taken to the outdoor terrace, nice views but very dirty - cobwebs everywhere. I realise this is outside but still this can be maintained.
We were offered tea and coffee from a kettle which didn't feel very spa experience focused.
Then as we discussed treatments we were told that the massages we had booked were 30 minutes and not 45, that this was on the new package. This was not what we all felt we had been told, so we all felt disappointed by this. The treatment itself then felt pretty rushed. when we came out of treatments no water was available for some time which we all felt we needed.
The 'spa' facilities consist of a hot tub and sauna, both not great really.
The cost of the spa was £75 each (I believe this has now gone up to £85/£89). When we paid this amount for a 3 hour spa we were expecting a little more luxury. You can pay not much more for a day at some of the bigger spas which have much better facilities.
The ladies were nice but still it felt our hard earned money was not well spent and I really would not recommend.
