Website and pool facilities in need of update
Tandridge Trust Leisure & Culture的点评
点评：We visited the ‘leisure’ centre in Tandridge today for the first time. I was initially shocked at the entrance when we were advised the price for my husband, I and 2 children under 3 was nearly £24!-we had expected to pay £9.60 for 2 adults and the children be free as this is what was specified on the website. I queried this and the lady reduced it down to just over £17, but offered no receipt to understand why it was such an inflated price.
Unfortunately the visit definitely didn’t warrant such a high ticket price for the facilities. For instance the changing rooms were filthy, the lockers were all broken or missing keys so we had to cram all our luggage into the last remaining locker with a key and take the rest to the poolside. The toilets were all out of order so we had to make numerous (freezing) trips to the reception toilets during the visit with our eldest boy who has recently been potty trained- a complete and utter nightmare to be honest. And to make matters worse there was no toilet paper at all in the cubicles of the ladies toilet. Additionally the temperatures in the changing rooms were absolutely freezing, which didn’t add to our enthusiasm and enjoyment!
The swimming pool itself was disappointing and in need to upgrade. We stayed for the 11am wave machine but it was so brief and feeble that the children didn’t realise it had started.
All in all a facility and website (prices) in serious need of upgrade. Much better swimming options locally.
