Great tour for all fitness levels away from the tourist crowds.

点评：I came across this tour on social media after reading a review that was glowing in its praises for this tour guide.
I contacted Toan on what’s ap to ask about availability for a group of 4 from Australia.
His communication was excellent and we finally agreed on a day and tour whilst we were in the Pu Luong nature reserve area.
Toan, who has been running tours now for 17 years drove down to us from Ninh Binh, 3 hours away, to start our tour at 830 am from our hotel.
His English was excellent.
We had discussed a rough itinerary for the day prior to today but after 10 steps as Toan said, our itinerary was reorganised to suit our group.
We really appreciated this as we are all either in our 70’s or very close too.
It meant our walking was downhill instead of uphill which allowed us to really enjoy our walking through rice paddy fields and villages.
Plenty of photo stops and a lovely visit to a weaving village where we had an opportunity to see a lady at work and buy some of her beautiful work.
Toan’s knowledge of plants and fruits was very impressive.
We were then collected in the car and driven back to the top of our walk for lunch.
This was also a highlight as the food was exceptional.
We were then taken by car for our afternoon walk to see the windmills and a relaxing bamboo boat ride.
This was a fabulous day which each one of us really enjoyed .
Toan drove the 3 hours home after our tour back to Ninh Binh so his effort was extraordinary.
This was a fabulous day that can be geared to all fitness levels.
