Great venue but some of the more senior staff need some tips from the younger ones

点评：Nice bowling venue with 10 lanes. It has plenty of pool and snooker tables which were neally all unused when we visited. We went for the bowling though so didnt use them. Clean and tidy and good overall atmosphere. Ample parking but you need to register your number plate inside to avoid a ticket. Food and drink was good but way over priced. Wont be eating there again at those prices!
No real complaints about the venue but a couple of the older lets say more mature staff members really need to learn how to project some personality and maybe smile once in a while. Particulaty the guy with the beard distributing the bowling shoes and the lady who seemed to be the more senior member of staff. Maybe they were just having a bad day but seriously if your dealing with the public and cant fake it, take a day off!
The younger staff seemed much more pleasant and cheeful, especially the young lady who was clearly new to the job role as she was being guided by the more senior lady. Pehaps they should be training the more senior staff rather than the other way around. I didnt see any name badges worn by anyone but would suggest this is implimented to customer facing staff.
