The elephants are free to roam in a vast, lush forest, which is their natural habitat—no riding, no tricks, no swimming with them—just observing these majestic creatures in their element.
The tour itself was absolutely amazing! Our guide was empathetic, deeply knowledgeable, and shared valuable insight about the sanctuary’s mission and the lives of the rescued elephants. It made the whole experience even more meaningful.
One highlight was getting to feed the elephants, which was such a delightful moment.
The vegetarian lunch was another highlight—a delicious buffet with many options to choose from.
