Tasty Gin, good company, and we learned a few things!

点评:Erica was a terrific guide to the Cambridge Gin Laboratory—would gladly seek out another session with her if we return to Cambridge. We did the mixology class and got to sample 3 different gins as well as experiment with ingredients for a Gin Cosmo and a Basil Smash, as well as working to customize each student’s personal recipe for a perfect G&T.
Only had one classmate, she was great company and Erica was patient with our many questions covering all different levels of experience with distillation processes and gin consumption.
The mixology class could actually be fun for people who don’t drink alcohol as well as those who do. (I can’t imagine non-drinkers would enjoy mixing their own gin, etc.) Kudos to the CGL for finding a way to make this accessible to all.
