Trixi Park Great, Trixi Park very disappointing
Trixi-Bad Großschönau的点评
点评：Stayed at Trixi park over the weekend.
Disappointed to find out after making the booking that the main pool is closed. We were given a voucher to use a pool close by in the Czech Republic, but unfortunately we did not have passports with us to travel across the border. We were told we can use the smaller pool in the sauna area which was great to hear.
The opening times were stated as 10-22. When we went across at 11 there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they were only opening at 13.00. When we opened the door to enquire further we could not get a word out before being abruptly told to leave as they were not open.
More people arrived at the door while we waited in the cold and were also told they they should have checked with reception at Trixi Park before coming across.
Eventually when we were let in we all got another reprimand and made to feel like it was our mistake despite the sign at Trixi park clearly stating opening and closing times.
The upsetting part was just how rude the staff are at Trixi Bad. I won’t go back there and will dissuade others too. Having spoken to other locals they confirmed the terrible unfriendliness of Trixi Bad.
Trixi Park on the other hand were very friendly and customer focused.
