Reached out several times via email and WhatsApp with a request to upgrade my service to "door to door" with no response. After several attempts I requested a cancellation since we were now only a week away from our trip and I didn't feel confident that they would be waiting for us upon our arrival. They happened to respond to the cancellation request within 10 minutes which clearly shows they saw all of my previous attempts to reach out and chose not to respond.
When responding, they told me that they are not obligated to reply unless I was requesting a modification to my order. Funny because this is exactly why I was reaching out however the fact that they don't feel obligated to respond to customer inquiries in the first place should tell you all you need to know.
Finally they refused to refund my deposit and told me if I contested it they would ask their credit card processing company to deny it based on their no refund policy. Then I was told "I don't have the right to block other guests from reserving the date I originally selected"
Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Probably best to pay a little bit more for a reliable service.
