Space Farms Zoo & Museum的点评
点评：I usually like old-timey places and find dated exhibits and attractions endearing. I knew, going in, that Space Farms was old fashioned, but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was.
The animal exhibits tend to be just natural dirt, mud, and grass, with nothing to try to make them mimic an animal's natural habitat or and little to give the animals anything to play with or play on. The exhibits are usually double-fenced in, which is depressing, and also something that makes it hard to see the animals and makes it harder for children to give food to the animals.
Some of the animals listed on the map are apparently not on display, and there were repetitive exhibits of emus, goats, and deer.
I want something like Space Farms to succeed, but it needs reinvestment, more imagination, and educational demonstrations for children.
The only reason I give this three stars and not just a single star is that I liked the old car museum and the museum of old farming & mechanical tools. It's also in a very scenic area which is a pleasure to drive to.
