avoid flipout party! outrageous!!! party in unsafe storage room!!!

点评：Children's party room was a storage room with boxes of crisps, Christmas decorations and a dumped tree. The room was freezing- adults and children had to put their coats on, electrical blow out heater was used near all the storage in the very small room, there was also a broken shoe rack being held! Not a nice room for 10 children to have their biryhday party. Food was awful- pizza wet and soggy, burger buns so hard, hot dogs cold.
Party hostess left cups and drinks and didn't tell me that the slush puppy cups were among them and I was to go get them, so the children didn't recieve them? When I asked about the slush puppy I was told that she told my birthday child!!!! He was not told snd even if he was the adult who was hosting the party ( myself) should of been told as I would of made sure they recieved the slush puppy that I paid for in the party package-So no slush puppy was provided, food not eaten and freezing cold children in an unsafe storage room. The huge party room was empty upstairs but I was told there are no heaters up there.
The photo thst was taken included in the party package was so blurry that you cant see their faces. They children enjoyed their hour jump whole the parents were freezing cold in the cafe area which was also selling out of date crisps!! Last year my sons party was at soar in gillingham and advise all parents who are thinking of doing a party to go there? I wish I did! Nice party food and a nice party room which is warm! £25 a head is a disgrace for what was given to my son and his very unhappy friends.
Also the children who were brave enough to eat some of their hot dogs were all sick thst evening!!! I will be contacting citizens advice and trading standards and providing them with many photos of a very outrageous place to hold children's parties.
