Nice lounge and good food, but seating cramped and poor service

点评：Visually, it’s a very nice lounge and the breakfast was excellent. I’ve knocked two stars off for two reasons, one was the staff and the other was seating.
We had booked and paid for in advance and added a £50 bottle of champagne to our booking also. Admittedly, it was busy but the greeting staff weren’t very friendly and we were shown to a table of two sandwiched between two other couples at less than a foot apart. It was almost like a table of 6. Luckily, it all turned out we were going on the same flight so kind of joked about it, but it was a little uncomfortable initially and we’d looked forward to a more private seating (as had they). The bottle of champagne and glasses were then unceremoniously dumped on our table. Not a word or any initial glass poured for us.
The food was excellent although very minimal, and service after the food arrived was non-existent. It’s a shame, because when we went to the north terminal version of this lounge a few years back it was an excellent experience.
All in all, too expensive for this level of seating overcrowding and absent/poor service.
