Everything about this place was genuinely awful. Avoid.

点评：First visit for a family birthday.
1. The seating areas of the two lanes we were allocated hadn’t been cleaned and had been left in a disgusting state by previous players, littered with discarded half eaten food and drink containers, spilled food and drink everywhere, obviously should’ve been cleaned before being allocated.
2. We had a disabled person in our party. The disabled toilet was truly disgusting, bin hugely overflowing, piled up nappies, toilet and floor a dirty mess, the whole area smelled awful as you would expect in that state. It was unusable. The staff said they were aware of the state of it (it’s right by the payment desk) but not allowed to clean it, didn’t explain why it hadn’t been cleaned if presumably a cleaner was supposed to do it, or why it had been left in use and not marked out of order. They also explained a badly needed upgrade had been promised by management for 4 years! This doesn’t address the lack of cleanliness though.
3. One of our lanes kept breaking down. We were told we could ‘fix it’ by bowling an extra ball down to effectively reset it but this affected scores. We were only playing for fun, but still..there should’ve been a better way.
4. No heating. Went on a snowy January day. The place was absolutely freezing, we all had to keep coats on. Most people in there also had coats on.
5. Two of our party ordered food. E.g., ‘nachos’ being a small portion of cold tortilla chips with a few blobs of salsa and jalapeños with a squirt of weird processed cold bottled ‘cheese’ sauce. Horrible and not worth the money.
Staff were polite and apologetic, clearly a higher management issue, but the place still takes your money and provides a woeful experience that is awful in every way.

5. 我们一行人中有两个人点了食物。比如，所谓的“玉米片”其实就是一小份冷冰冰的玉米片，上面放了几坨莎莎酱和墨西哥辣椒，再挤上一点奇怪的瓶装冷“奶酪”酱。难吃死了，根本不值这个价钱。
工作人员很有礼貌，也表示歉意，这显然是高层管理的问题，但这家店还是收了钱，却提供了糟糕透顶的体验，各方面都让人失望。
