点评:My family and I attempted to attend the Nate Bargatze show on 5/14 -- We bought the tickets months in advance and carpooled to the event to save space and improve efficiency. Our drive to the event was 2 miles. We left at 6:15, knowing we may miss the openers at 7, but arrived at 8:15, after the main set had already begun. The infrastructure surrounding the Nutter Center is not fit for an event this large, and there was zero attempt at traffic control, especially by the 675 on and off ramps. Cars were left to fend for themselves. Once we made it to the Nutter Center parking lots (after 1.5 hours covering 2 miles) we were directed around to the Wright State library parking lot. Then we walked from there. It was a complete waste of time. We should have walked to the event to begin with, but the direct route was dangerous and there were no sidewalks. I saw many people almost get hit by cars. We assumed they would delay the show since everyone was stuck in traffic, but they did not. I can't even explain how disappointing it was to walk in and hear the main act happening already and last calls for alcohol. We wasted our time and money. I will never be attending an event at the Nutter Center ever again, which is sad because it is my alma mater and I wanted to support them. But I was let down, as well as many others. Please improve.
