点评:This was February 23, 2025, and we checked out at 2:50pm. Absolutely horrible experience. My husband left his wedding band in the locker he was using. He took it off to avoid wearing it in the saunas due to the heat. On our way home we called right away once he realized. When calling we asked if a staff member could check the locker for the ring, they refused and told us we can only file a “claim” and two days later still no response so we took it upon ourselves to call and see what was going on.
We called tonight February 25, 2025 and upon checking with a manager AND supervisor the state the ring is not there because at that point it was stolen and gone. They literally refused to look for us right after we left the day of our trip. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and that was completely ruined by Sojo and their staff. We are beyond disgusted.
They set you up to be robbed, upon arrival they advise you they cannot be help responsible for stolen items so their staff can steal your belonging. We had something stolen we’ll never get back due to their negligence in our urgency once we realized where the ring was left. Their customer service is horrible they were not willing to help us with this “claim” we had filed.
That’s way more than the cost of $100+ per person that was stolen by the staff of Sojo.
Do better for your guests because we are beyond disgusted with your negligence.
