点评：My wife and I went for her birthday recently and it was hands-down one of the most disappointing spa experiences we've ever had, especially for the price.
The Vibe is... Off:
First off,the place is packed. It feels overcrowded, which is the opposite of what you want for relaxation. The weirdest part? Staff are walking around holding "quiet" signs, but the entire place is right next to a busy road. You can hear traffic noise everywhere. Zero effort to mask it with music or soundscapes. It's just... loud.
The Saunas Are a Scam:
They market all these different themed saunas,but it feels like a total bait-and-switch. They're all basically the same, super cramped, most only fit like two people, and the only difference is the rocks or sticks glued to the walls. Oh, and the rugs in all of them were dirty and peeling up from the floor. Super tacky and kinda hazardous.
The Real Problem:
The Staff Now for the main event.We made a rookie mistake and had our phones out in a no-phone zone (these areas are huge and not well-marked, FYI). A guy politely told me to put mine away, no biggie. But a different staff member absolutely laid into my wife, super aggressive and rude from the jump, on her birthday of all days.
We complained to a manager, and the staff member literally doubled down on their behavior right in front of them. The manager did nothing. We followed up by email after we left, and got radio silence. No "sorry," no nothing. Just a complete lack of care.
TL;DR:
For the insane amount of money they charge,you can get a WAY better experience at other spas (even ones in NYC). This place is all hype and zero follow-through. The facilities are mediocre, but the terrible customer service is the real dealbreaker.
Has anyone else had a similar experience there? Or am I just wildly unlucky? Seriously, consider this a PSA to spend your money elsewhere.

我们向经理投诉，结果那位工作人员当着我们的面变本加厉地批评我们。经理什么也没做。我们离开后发了邮件跟进，却没有任何回应。没有“抱歉”，什么也没回复。完全就是漠不关心。
简而言之：
他们收费这么高，在其他水疗中心（即使是纽约的水疗中心）都能享受到更好的体验。这家店满口宣传，却没有任何后续服务。设施很一般，但糟糕的客户服务才是真正的败笔。
有没有其他人在那里有过类似的经历？还是我只是运气太差？说真的，就当这是个公益广告，让你的钱花在别处吧。
