Disappointing customer service… won’t bother going again
Domestic Science的点评
点评：Unfortunate experience. I went in to Domestic science with a gift voucher that the children in my class had gifted me with. Unfortunately, it was out of date. I didn’t dream for a minute an independent, community based business would turn me away and refuse service…. But they did. Clearly customer satisfaction and return visits weren’t important to them!
Unlike one of their competitors up the road (Armed and gorgeous) with whom I also had an out of date voucher (having SEN children I do not have privilege of getting out shopping very often and definitely not to town that isn’t local to me.) They served me with a smile, accepting the voucher without question, stating the money had been spent on it anyway, and I proceeded to spend more than double the voucher value… and will recommend their service and definitely go again… now that’s community based customer service!!!

相比之下，他们街对面的一家竞争对手（Armed and Gorgeous）就不一样了。我在那里也拿着一张过期的礼券（因为孩子有特殊教育需求，我很少有机会出门购物，更别说去离家远的城镇了）。他们热情地接待了我，二话没说就接受了礼券，还说礼券上的钱已经用过了。结果，我在那里消费的金额超过了礼券的两倍……我会推荐他们的服务，而且肯定还会再去……这才是真正的社区服务！！！
