点评:i live locally to the light cinima Thetford and used to go often with a mate so got a yearly subscription. i kept using it for well over a year but found i was going less and less often. in the end i got rid of my subscription way over a year ago online. a while later i realised they hadnt cancled the direct debit every month so wasnt happy. i went down in person to cancle it and they did so or so i thought. ive been to see the new beetlejuice and deadpool 3 and payed this month. i started online banking recently basicly because i had to. i looked at my statement and they havnt stopped the direct debit still adding up to about £200 lost. i went down there and they said i had to contact head office as they couldnt help. i did just this and they said they have no record of me cancelling and that was that it seems. safe to say i am not happy about there theft of my money and the way they run there business at all. they are about twice as expensive to go in as any other cinima and the food is also very expensive.
