Lovely accommodation spoiled by stupid rules and Lack of facilities on site

点评：Accommodation is really lovely and the setting is peaceful and beautiful
Unfortunately though the facilities on site are very limited and stupid rules will be detrimental to your enjoyment:
- the swimming pool booking system and daft organisation is stressful, hectic and badly handled by rude staff.
- the lakes are closed without warning or apology for days at a time
- the on site restaurant is understaffed
- the on site shop is almost non existent
- the “helpful” hub did not offer any advice or assistance to plan days out or book nearby activities.
- and there are only 4 muga courts for +200 families and absolutely nothing undercover.
A shame! It could be fabulous but the management haven’t invested anywhere near enough in the facilities and the pool is run by fools.
