点评:Pickup was scheduled for 8:30, and flight number was also provided. However, it was not before 9:00 that we were able to reach Grekostar representative by phone, and he arrived few minutes after. His excuse was that he does not have flight radar. I would assume that like any airport, SKG also has a website that allows to see flight arrival time, and in any case, I notified pickup should be at 8:30. No apology was given for being late. In addition, fuel tank was 3/8 full, although voucher states it should be full. So I had to try and aim for returning it 3/8 full (eventually returned it half full).
Also - since I was covered by my own insurance for any damage for the car, I declined the offer of purchasing insurance from Grekostar. The representative sort of intimidated me that this means there will be no service for the car, everything will be on me (or in other words - if the car has mechanical issue that is not unrelated to me, I'm all alone).
When I was given the keys I approached the car and noticed there was minor damages to the body. I told the representative and he told me just to take video of the car. In the rental form none of the damages were listed. Normally representatives go around the car with the customer and shows all the damages.
So overall experience - Grekostar staff is far from being courteous, reliable or kind in any manner.
