Very very poor quality of car and people in this company.

I would like to mention all the facts so I leave a fair review of the company. I have had a car booked from grekostar for 8 days. I was arriving to Greece and my flight had an unexpected delay. I contacted the manager and he agreed to wait for us, something that I found very nice from his side. When we arrived to the store to pick up the car, he asked us for the payment and even though we had with us the credit card in Google wallet he wasn't accepting it. After being very rude and demanding us to show him the physical credit card, he said it was not feasible to pay like this and he would have to charge us through the debit card with extra security costs. So we ended up paying double the amount of money that we originally had agreed to during the booking process. (I'd like to mention that for me the credit card "magically" not being accepted, even though it's a credit card with 6000eu limit, and the only way to cover it was with paying extra security costs is very sketchy). Apart from that, the manager mentioned to us that he had left the car with 100km of gas which was not true to the slightest. We had a long trip afterward and if we hadn't stop to refill, we would be left in the middle of nowhere. Moreover, the car was at very very very poor condition and nothing like the photos they post online. It was a hyundai i10 with the kilometers counter changed and was making very weird noises. The locking was not working so we could not open the trunk to place our suitcases. I would not recommend grekostar to anyone, and I'm not going to rent from this company never again. The other person that we spoke to our last night before our flight of return was quite nicer. Overall, very poor experience and very sketchy. Would not recommend to anyone.
