disappointing customer experience although i like the shop in general

点评：I have shopped here a few times because I live nearby and I have previously bought bead bracelets and other small items from this shop.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience after buying a crystal pendant with a chain. The chain was very short and tight on my neck, and it broke within about two days. I returned to the shop and was given the same type of short chain again, but the second one broke as well.
When I came back and explained the situation, I was told they could not help me and that I could buy another chain from them for £2.99. I found this disappointing, because the chain had failed twice very shortly after purchase. I would have expected a more helpful response, such as offering a better replacement or at least showing some understanding.
I like the crystal itself and I do not want to return it, but I will buy a new chain elsewhere. Sadly, the customer service in this situation made me less likely to return.
