点评：On February me and my girlfriend booked jacuzzi for half an hour which we later were informed it is only 20min and not actually 30min. After we have stepped inside the water for just 5min we were dying for fresh air (not because water was to hot as we do this frequently) but because ventilation was NOT existent. Window was not able to be moved, ventilation fan was not working. After 5min i went out To ask for water which they said its only possible if i buy bottled one which i did. After being informed we have no possibility of breathing for the next 15 remaining minutes they suggested to have open doors which DID NOT help at all. After having to sit outside on the hallway in swimsuit to finally breathe they offered free one more session for both in individual bathtubs. Ofcourse we said no as we live 11hours away and arent coming back as well as being told the problem is with our lungs and that we cant handle this heat etc etc even tho we use saunas and natural hot springs hotter than this on regular and are both completely healthy and athletic people in their early 20s. They said this ticket for free usage is valid for whenever we want to use it.
I asked for a refund (they didn’t accept funds yet so it could just be rejected)which receptionist said manager has to do it next morning and even took my IBAN so they could refund. From next
Morning all until may every other day receptionist said over the phone that either manager is missing and cant answer please call tomorrow or that we were refunded but have to wait. Today is
6/4/2026 and still no call back or answered phone with manager nor any refund!!

翻译：二月份我和女朋友预订了半小时的按摩浴缸，后来被告知只有20分钟，而不是30分钟。我们刚进去5分钟就感觉快要窒息了（不是因为水太热，我们经常泡在里面），而是因为根本没有通风。窗户打不开，通风扇也坏了。5分钟后我出去要水，他们说只有买瓶装水才能喝，我就买了。他们告诉我接下来的15分钟我们根本没法呼吸，建议我们开门，但这根本没用。最后我们只好穿着泳衣坐在走廊里呼吸，他们才提出给我们免费再泡一次，用的是单独的浴缸。当然我们拒绝了，因为我们住在11个小时车程以外的地方，而且不会再来了。他们还说我们的肺有问题，受不了这种高温等等，尽管我们经常去比这更热的桑拿房和天然温泉，而且我们俩都是二十出头的健康体魄和运动健将。他们说这张免费使用券可以随时使用。
我要求退款（他们还没收到款项，所以退款申请可能被拒绝），前台说经理要第二天早上才能处理，甚至还记下了我的银行账号以便退款。从第二天早上到五月份，几乎每天前台都会在电话里说，要么是经理不在，无法接听，请明天再打，要么是已经退款了，但需要等待。今天是2026年6月4日，仍然没有接到经理的回电，也没有收到退款！
