A great time on the NC500 with Haggis Tours; fantastic scenery and good twisty bits for motorbiking.

点评：Just had a fantastic five days travelling the North Coast 500 with Haggis Tours. I arrived with nothing more than some T shirts, a full bike licence and plenty of enthusiasm. Haggis Tours kitted me out with all the gear and a Honda NC750X (larger BMWs were also available). Keith was our guide and made sure that we fitted in everything possible considering our main interests – the scenery and the twisty bits. He is a local, so knows all the best places to stop for photos and the best backroads for challenging biking. We did over 800 miles and even included a trip around Skye (including a little ferry) as well as the Black Isle. Keith said that we probably would not see the Loch Ness Monster - and he was right!
Accommodation was very comfortable with excellent meals along the way. Keith even ensured that there was a supply of toffees when required.
OK, we met some midges one morning (but not many to be annoying) and sometimes it rained (but not for long). Anyway; this all added to the fun. If you are a biker and are in the Highlands - what do you expect!
