点评：I recently visited this cocktail bar and was extremely disappointed with my experience this time.
The real issue was the behavior of the manager called Ben, who was openly rude to the staff, swearing and making inappropriate comments that created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It's disheartening to see such unprofessional conduct in a service environment. I would not recommend this bar to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable night out. The poor management overshadows any potential positives this place might have. Our server Erin and bar man Cam were both extremely friendly and would come back for their service. The female security guard had a face like a slapped arse... constantly walking around giving filthy looks to customers and made me and my friends feel quite uncomfortable too and seemed like she had a very long day and maybe should have gone home earlier that day to save customers questioning wether she has an issue with them. Perhaps these individuals need to go and get a job at Karen's diner instead as customers at this kind of work place would prefer to have bubbly and kind staff that enjoy there jobs and not miserable and rude staff.
