Kotor Boat Tours的点评
点评：At Kotor Marina, the company CATTARO BOAT TOURS, represented by a man named Mirko, sold us a 3-hour tour. While selling the tour, he specifically told us that it would be private, only for us, and charged each of us 35 euros (4 people in total) on a separate boat. He also promised that soft drinks would be free of charge. He guaranteed that he would take us to 5 different swimming and sightseeing spots.
However, at the time of the tour, we saw that there were already 6 other people on the boat. We told him that we did not accept this and asked for our money back. He refused to return the money and insulted us. When we said we would call the police, he tried to run away. We called the police and when they arrived, he told them that he had arranged a boat for us with 6 people, and the police asked us to reconcile.
When we got on the boat, there were indeed 6 of us. But when we asked for the soft drinks, they told us they had run out. Instead of 5 stops, they only took us to 1 place. On the way there and back, the captain drove the boat extremely fast. Waves splashed over us, we got completely wet, and we were thrown around inside the boat. Even though we repeatedly asked him to slow down, he refused and said he had to hurry, and went even faster.
This was a terrible experience. Please never take a tour in Kotor. We were humiliated despite paying our money. We have never had such a bad experience. Don’t come here, so they finally realize that tourists are not just a source of money.
