Flipout的点评
点评：Booked in advance for daughter’s birthday (x2 adults, 7yrs, 5yrs & 2yrs), desperate to try a cool glow in the daughter inflatable park..
Greeted by a young girl who tried her hardest to get families through from the queue. After paying £60 entrance for a 2 hour bounce session, we had to pay another £17.50 for socks as we weren’t allowed another branded sticky socks unless Flipouts own.
Walked in and first impression was oh this is cool until when you get to main floor… it’s basically all one level. The inflatable section was shut most of our session. The ninja bit was closed. Due to age / height restrictions our small ones were limited to certain areas which was not mentioned on entrance as first time users.
30minutes in to our session, we complained to a staff member who radioed for the manager. We asked for a refund as there was no way we could spend 2 hours with 3 small children who couldn’t access the whole park. The manager did refund the 2nd hour as she was the person who took our booking on the phone and failed to say about the height restricted areas for small children.
We wouldn’t return again. Jumpin Inflatables is much nicer.
