Scott may have already told you how much we have enjoyed your service over the last 10 days. I took the liberty of sending him a photo of sites with the RR almost every day. You and your team are doing a fantastic job as entrepreneurs. It's a real pleasure NOT to have to work with the big car rental companies. The way Scott welcomed us, accompanied us with Scottish calm and good cheer as we stowed our terribly numerous and large suitcases, the way he was at the airport within 10 minutes for an unscheduled return that was brought forward by an hour, the way he intercepted us on the access road so we could simply follow him to return the car: we love service providers like that!
We will be in touch again and will of course recommend you to others, including for the other services you and your group of companies offer. We will also continue to come with friends who appreciate traveling through Scotland in good, stylish vehicles instead of having to put up with a Japanese or French electric vehicle. It's time to switch to 4x4, not only on the road – and for that, it’s good to have such beautiful local and down-to-earth relationships!
