点评：Can not put into words how thankful we are for Andy and Jason.
We started the trip in the worst way possible, with my wife losing her passport at the airport. They both contacted the airport, airlines, vans, etc. but unfortunately the passport never appeared. Andy scheduled my wife to travel back to the city at the beginning or end of the day so that it would not interfere with the trip itself. He even helped her book her bullet train trip to Guangzhou so that she could go to the Consulate and eventually be able to travel back home.
Our trip itself was very good. Jason was a very knowledgeable guide and extremely helpful. Zhangjiajie was very beautiful and the day at Tianamen Mountain was picturesque (though very cold). Lastly, if traveling in the area, I would highly recommend a trip to Fenghuang which is a beautiful classic styled city on the river. It felt like we had gone back a couple of centuries.
All cars and drivers were very nice and comfortable. Hotels were all excellent.
