TERRIBLE STAFF - unsafe, over run at time by large groups with no management

点评：Fire them all. Time to close guys. Terrible. Mckenzie especially. No way she is the manager, and if she is, go #$%^&* yourself. Offensive, rude, confrontational and not pragmatic. If she is truly the "manager" she should be fired. When you put my child and others at risk of injury b.c you're lazy and not doing your job, it's time to call the Better Business Bureau - our next step. As a local business owner in the area, I am now going to do everything in my power to close this place down.
Been here twice and always felt it was poorly run, not clean, abandoned, but unfortunately not many good competitors in the area. When they have groups, it's even more poorly run, flat out unsafe, and employees do not care.
Our son was put at risk today when a group of children came in with zero oversight. Took control of games he was playing (and paid for), threw heavy objects (mini bowling balls) all around the place (with no involved from employees), destroyed everything in their sight, and had 2 families leave (not part of the group) due to the insanity. No doubt someone got hurt today
Refused to offer a refund for a ridiculous reason when leaving after a short time and was confrontational and rude when faced with serious concern over the safety of children. Calling my credit card company and the BBB.
