点评：We booked this Chacchoben Ruins Bacalar Combo Tour with the understanding that we would be taken to an actual resort to enjoy Bacalar. On the way after the ruins we were told (without asking) that we would be taken to a second location. We pulled into Hotel Mia’s driveway BUT we did not pull into the property itself, there was a dirt path to the right of the cement wall that we took. We went adjacent to the hotel behind piles of trash and other disparaged items. It all cleared to what appeared to be a side yard with a cabana, a dirty bathroom, an older gentleman with what appeared to be a traveling buffet for our tacos. This was clearly not the resort we paid for and expected. We were very uncomfortable actually as it was just our van full of people on this property. I did send an email to the company to ask questions but no one had responded.
