Not a proper spa!

点评：I was gifted a spa experience. The pool area is pretty small and run down. Water in the pool wasn't clear.
The fitness instructor in the pool however was Brilliant. Jesse was his name very enthusiastic and great work out. Sauna and steam were very small. I like the fact that mobile phones aren't allowed in the pool area.
My massage however wasn't good. The masseuse didn't seem to know what I had booked. She asked me to repeat what i had booked. She probably wasn't that qualified as I also upgrated I ended up having the first part with one masseuse (who was meant to do back face and head but only did back and head) I then had to wait for another lady asking me what I wanted for my extra 20min. Because I previously had my back I wasn't allowed to have my back again which doesn't make sense at all. I then asked for a facial (since that never happened) and shoulder.
The masseuse proceeded by putting tons of product in my face it was absolutely ridiculous the amount of products then without warning hot towels then same process. Everything felt very rushed.
Definitely would not recommend this place for spa.
The receptionist lady providing the towels and locker was really friendly and so was Jesse the fitness instructor but that's about it.
