Customers treated like staff. Extremely bad experience!

点评：This was a series of unfortunate events. We had to wait until our hotel room was ready, therefore we chose Lagoon Snack Bar. The food was mid level, but that wasn’t a problem. The problem was that the plates were dirty. We chose not to say anything, as we ordered a Greek salad and ate it straight from the bowl (we were given 2 plates in order to put the Greek salad for each of us). Before leaving, I went to the toilet. As I was using the toilet, the lady who works there came to tell me there is no toilet paper and no plastic bag for the toilet bin. When I came out of the toilet she handled me the plastic bag and she told me to put it myself. I do not think that this is a proper way to treat a customer and this is such a shame!!!! I did it because I was not in the mood to fight and I realised when we entered the location that the lady was rude. We chose to ignore her and just est something and then leave. I did not want her to yell at me or say something that would ruin my mood. I was extremely tired after our flight. I don’t like to fight in general, but I do not like to be treated badly, especially when I am on vacantion.
翻译：这是一连串不幸的事件。我们不得不等待酒店房间准备妥当，因此选择了Lagoon Snack Bar。食物品质一般，但这倒不是问题。问题在于盘子很脏。我们决定什么也不说，因为点了希腊沙拉后就直接从碗里吃了（店员给我们每人一个盘子来盛沙拉）。离开前，我去了趟洗手间。就在我使用洗手间时……在那里工作的那位女士过来告诉我，厕所里没有卫生纸，也没有用来装垃圾的塑料袋。等我从厕所出来后，她递给我一个塑料袋，让我自己把垃圾装进去。我觉得这样对待顾客实在不妥，真是可惜！！！我照做了，是因为我不想跟她争执；其实我们一进店就察觉到那位女士态度很粗鲁。我们决定无视她，随便吃点东西就离开。我不想让她冲我大喊，也不想听她说出什么会破坏我心情的话。飞机之旅后我累极了。一般来说我不喜欢吵架，但我也不希望被人恶劣对待，尤其是在度假的时候。
