Fun Way to Spend the Afternoon

点评：We stopped by after another attraction cancelled our reservation due to the weather. Let’s just say that we did not regret our decision to stop by because we ended up spending the afternoon here. We ate lunch here and we were surprised by how affordable the food was given its portion sizes. All food was made to order. Be sure to leave room for dessert, specifically their ice cream. Their ice cream is made fresh for their cows.
For families with young children, there is a FREE playground onsite with slides, swings and other rides. You can comfortably watch your children play from the Dairy Barn porch or from the picnic tables located nearby. There is a jumping pillow available and it costs $5. You can jump all day there. Children two and under are free.
They do have a self-guided farm tour. You pay for this tour at the same place that you pay for your food. The tour itself costs $4 per person. On the tour, you see a video, a second story view of all of their cows, and a cow up close being milked by a machine. To be honest, we were expecting much more from the tour. To us, if you skipped the tour, you would not be missing much. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon.
