点评：I can’t even begin to explain how bad this company treat people. We arranged our tour yesterday afternoon, I talked with the owner for couple of days to get the details. We paid fully yesterday, we asked for employee to be arranged transport from our hotel to the office because we were supposed to start the tour at 6am, he checked were our hotel is and confirmed there will be someone to pick us up. We waited till 6:15, no contact from them, we managed to arrange our own taxi and got to the office around 6:30. When I got to the office and asked why no one came for us, he said there were no one supposed to come, that we misunderstood. I said that’s not true because I even showed him an address and he wrote it down on our confirmation check. There was no apology he instead literally started screaming „no tour today, we cancel - go somewhere else”. I told he that it’s 6:30am and we have just today to do this and he should have tell us yesterday then I would gladly went to somewhere else. But he just continue to scream „no tour”, sat on his motorbike and drove off. I now at 6:40 I’m writing this review seating on the sidewalk still in shock. Watch out because the owner comes at you at the airport showing all the amazing reviews in his notebook and then they treat people like this. Worst place ever, AVOID AND ANY COST.
翻译：我简直无法形容这家公司对待客户有多么糟糕。我们昨天下午安排了行程，为了确认细节，我跟老板沟通了两天。昨天我们全额付款，因为行程安排是早上6点开始，所以我们要求安排员工从酒店接我们到办公室。他查了我们酒店的位置，确认会有人来接我们。我们等到6点15分，他们还没联系我们，只好自己叫了出租车，大约6点半到了办公室。我到办公室问为什么没人来接我们，他说本来就没人来，是我们误会了。我说这不对，因为我给他看了地址，他也把地址写在了确认单上。他没有道歉，反而开始大吼大叫：“今天的行程取消了，我们走吧！” 我告诉他现在才早上6点半，我们只有今天一天的时间，他应该昨天就告诉我们，那样的话我宁愿去别的地方。但他只是不停地喊着“不接待游客”，然后坐上摩托车扬长而去。现在是6点40分，我坐在人行道上写下这篇评论，仍然惊魂未定。大家要小心，因为老板会在机场拿着笔记本向你展示那些好评，然后他们却这样对待游客。这是我去过的最糟糕的地方，千万不要去！
