The Tours We Never Took – Yet an Experience We Will Never Forget

点评：According to our original travel plans, we were supposed to take part in two tours organized by this company: the first, known as the Banana Trip, and the second, a tour of Faial Island.
Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of our domestic flight because of fog, neither of these tours was ultimately able to take place.
I want to thank them for their professionalism and exceptional personal service throughout the dozens of email exchanges and communications, both during the planning stage and afterward.
During the process of organizing the tours, we had to request several modifications to the original arrangements for various reasons. Every single request was answered promptly and handled with great professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care by Liliana and Rita.
There is no doubt in our minds that, given the experience and treatment we received, the real losers were ourselves, as the flight cancellation prevented us from enjoying the detailed and promising tour programs that had been carefully planned together with them.
Should we ever return to the Azores, we have absolutely no doubt that this will be the company we choose to organize our tours. Based on our experience, we would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone seeking professional, reliable, and customer-oriented tour services in the Azores.
