Dare 2 Travel Consultants的点评
点评：3 people group to Mount Meru.
The organisation was not good at all. We weren‘t informed about a lot of details which would have been vital to know.
1. sleeping bags; it was agreed with Lyne USD 10 per bag for 3 days p.P., upon arrival it was suddenly USD 10 per day. After intensive discussions, USD 15 per bag for 3 days were agreed.
2. room charge at Outpost Hotel: USD 180 p.P. for 2 nights. After directly contacting the hotel and having found out that it is USD 180 per room for 2 nights this was corrected by Lyne 😵💫
3. The head guide spoke a very poor English and most of the time did not understand the meaning of things.
4. He informed us at the briefing that he expects a tip of USD 250 p.P. It was only a 3 day hike!!!
5. After being picked up at 7 am for the hike, we only started at 1.30!! Another no-go. There was a mess up with the porters eventhough we informed the head guide the previous day that we only have 2 light backpacks.
6. We are experienced climbers from Switzerland. After the head guide wanted to leave the hut on summit day at midnight, we did intervened and explained that from saddle hut (3500 m) we are able to summit (4566 m) in 4 hours. No chance, he still made us leave the hut at 1.10, we summited at 5.18 and nearly froze to death while waiting for the sunrise at 6.32.
The assistant guide, the cook and his team as well as the porters did an amazing job.
We can‘t say the same about dare2travel. We can not recommend this organisation at all.

助理领队、厨师和他的团队以及背夫们都做得非常出色。
dare2travel 的表现可不怎么样。我们完全不推荐这家旅行社。
