点评：Hands down the best excursion of our entire cruise vacation!
I found “Snorkelling Menjangan Tour” on Google and was able to communicate overseas from Canada quickly and clearly using WhatsApp with Putu Suardika. I transferred a small deposit using my wise Visa card to secure a private fast boat.
He was extremely attentive, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. His communication is excellent.
Waiting early for us with a sign showing our names, clean new air-conditioned van, excellent lunch, and outstanding snorkeling. We had two guides in the water — one ahead and one behind — which made us feel very safe.
We were returned to the ship 3 hours before departure, which gave total peace of mind. I’m usually anxious booking outside cruise ship excursions, but I am so glad we did. Communication was quick, clear, and kind, and they even accommodated last-minute additions to our group.
At about 1/3 of the cost of the cruise excursion, this was by far better value — and our entire group of 10 agreed it was the best excursion of our 12-day cruise. I would book again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend!
